Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our baked goods, we cannot accept returns on any perishable items. However, if there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of your order to address your concerns.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

The item received is incorrect or missing from your order.

The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
To request a refund, please provide the following:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s).
Custom Items, Event Booking and Catering Deposits

Deposits for events or catering are non-refundable unless canceled at least 7 days prior to the event.

For cancellations made within the refundable time frame, the deposit may be credited toward a future order or event.
Custom orders are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable unless there is a verified issue with the product. Please ensure all order details are accurate when placing custom orders.
